From my first consultation I decided to choose Birmingham Orthodontics because Dr Panesar, Harvy and the whole team have been very welcoming and professional. I wasn’t able to smile before but Sr Panesar has changed that for me . They offered weekend appointments which was very convenient for me . The facilities are excellent and clean. Dr Panesar is more than just an orthodontist he really cares about his patients and was understanding of my needs and concerns. They provided me with all the information and the products and services they offered in order to allow me to make an informed decision .While although orthodontic treatment can be costly Birmingham Orthodontics do provide the service of finance which has helped me. My confidence has improved dramatically and the treatment has not even finished yet. Thank you for making me able to smile again and not hide anymore. No matter how complex or lengthy the treatment is ,If you want quality Dr Panesar provides the best service possible . I travel more than 10 miles because I believe in Dr Panesar’s work. I cannot recommend Birmingham Orthodontics more. Over the past two years I have been visiting their clinic and had fixed braces fitted. From start to finish Dr Jaspal Panesar and his team have been fantastic. Having visited other clinics before deciding to go with them, Birmingham Orthodontics developed a personal relationship with me rather than just seeing me as another client and for that, I can only thank them. Practise Manager Harvy has always been so welcoming and positive towards me, despite the whirlwind of this pandemic. Absolutely amazing service from Dr Panesar, Harvy and the team. They were extremely professional from the beginning to the end of my experience – from advice, treatment and aftercare.
