He explained all the options patiently to me, as I was keen to avoid unnecessary tooth extraction. He tailored my treatment plan to my gum condition and is always happy to answer my high expectation questions. He also treated my teenage son with patience and highest professionalism. The appointment service is excellent, allowing me to choose the most convenient time, with gentle email reminders. I cannot recommend Dr Panesar highly enough for his professionalism in giving me an unbiased opinion for my treatment plan. Our dentist recommended Mr Panesar at Birmingham Orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment and service our 14 year old daughter has received, both from Mr Panesar himself and his team. Our daughter had a gap between her upper front teeth which she needed closing with a brace. From consultation, through to fitting and throughout the duration of her treatment, Mr Panesar and his team have been extremely thorough and truly professional. The brace was recently removed and the final results are excellent, and our daughter is completely happy with the outcome of her transformed smile. I can’t recommend Birmingham Orthodontics highly enough. Dr Panesar and his team are absolutely brilliant and really care about getting you the best results possible. I had invisalign treatment and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done, I love my smile now! I travelled 45 mins each way to see Dr Panesar despite there being many closer orthodontists and I trusted him absolutely. If you’re thinking of having orthodontic treatment go and see him, you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding service, facilities are always clean and staff are very friendly. Fantastic treatment as well, highly recommend.

It’s been a while since i had my treatment – I was 16 when i first had my braces put on and 18 when they came off and I am now 20. I can honestly say that I cannot recommend Dr. Panesar and his team enough. I think the perfect example of the outstanding service this practise provides comes from when i was getting my braces off. I was 18, and it was my leavers prom so i was desperate to have my braces off. I really wanted to be able to smile in all the photos. Unfortunately the practise was fully booked the two weeks running up to my prom. I was very upset and Dr Panesar could see this. Dr. Panesar then went out of his way and opened the practise in an evening – when it was not normally closed – just so i could have my braces off. The team took time out of their own evening to make sure i could have the prom i wanted. At the time I was truly grateful and I still am very thankful – I have photos that will last forever – and i am smiling in everyone of them! In addition to this example, I would like to say that the practise is a very friendly and professional place. For someone who isn’t too fond of the traditional dentist – I had no worries when an appointment arrived for here. Dr Panesar is very honest about the treatment, and when I would ask if it would hurt – he was very truthful, which was important to me. But don’t worry – nothing was too painful, yes braces are a dull ache and they are uncomfortable at times, but the results are worth it and i definitely do not regret getting them. My confidence has improved tremendously. Many thanks to the whole team at the practise – I really am very grateful for my smile and I get a lot of compliments on my teeth too!

I am writing this under my boyfriends account. I have used Dr Panesar services for the last 2 and half years. After a number of unhappy treatments by previous dentists I was referred to Dr Panesar. I have just finished 18 months of orthodontic treatment at the age of 61 !! My teeth look wonderful and for the first time in my life I have the smile I’ve always dreamt of but didn’t believe was possible. Dr Panesar has been nothing short of a miracle worker. Always explaining every stage of the process from why something needs to be done,how we’ll achieve it and the expected result.
